We do not sell family data
MyWins is designed for family progress, not advertising or data resale.
This policy explains how MyWins At Home collects, uses, stores and protects information about parents and children using the service in the United Kingdom.
MyWins is designed for family progress, not advertising or data resale.
Parents create child profiles, choose settings and control what is entered.
Child dashboards should not display advertising or marketing prompts.
Children only see their own child dashboard, not billing or parent settings.
MyWins At Home is a family habit, behaviour and rewards platform for parents and children. For data protection purposes, the business operating MyWins At Home is the controller of parent account data and family information entered into the service.
Privacy requests can be made through the Support page or the contact details provided on the website.
We use personal information to provide the service, manage parent and child dashboards, save rewards and progress, send parent-requested reminders, keep accounts secure, process subscriptions, respond to support requests and improve MyWins.
MyWins is a parent-controlled family service that children can access through a restricted child dashboard. The parent creates the account, creates each child profile and decides what information to enter. MyWins applies high-privacy defaults and limits the child view to information needed for the family experience.
MyWins shows you information that your parent has added for your family. This may include your name, wins, misses, comments, challenges and rewards.
MyWins uses authentication, restricted child sessions, database access controls and row-level security to separate family records. Access rules, sign-out, child PIN login and subscription controls are tested as part of production changes. No internet service can promise absolute security, so parents should use a strong password and keep child PINs private.
Account and family dashboard data is kept while the account remains active or while it is needed to provide access to saved progress. When an account is closed or deletion is requested, MyWins will delete or anonymise family dashboard data after completing necessary verification and backup cycles, unless limited records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute purposes. Sanitised operational error records are normally removed after 90 days, rate-limit records after 2 days and reminder-delivery records after 180 days.
UK users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of their personal information, and to request a copy of their data. Parents can also contact us about a child profile connected to their account.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how personal information is handled.
For privacy requests, account deletion or data questions, contact MyWins through the Support page or the contact details provided on the website.
