Understand your free wins
The Free Wins tracker lets you try the real MyWins entry flow before choosing a plan.
Questions about free wins
Your parent account includes 10 positive wins so you can use the real MyWins entry flow before choosing a paid plan. Each time you save a +1 win, the shared allowance reduces by one; a miss does not reduce it.
You can use the 10 wins across any active child profiles on the account. The Free Wins tracker on Add Entry and the parent dashboard shows how many have been used and how many remain.
No. The 10 free wins belong to the parent account and are shared across all children on that account. For example, if one child has six wins recorded and another has four, the allowance has been fully used.
You can still set up each child separately, choose different activities and view their progress individually.
No. Only a saved +1 win uses the Free Wins allowance. Recording a miss helps you keep an honest view of patterns and does not reduce the number of free positive wins remaining.
Check that the correct win or miss option is selected before saving the entry.
Your 10th positive win saves normally and appears in the child’s history, totals and any deliberately selected matching challenge. MyWins does not remove or hide the progress you have already created.
After the 10th win, the parent is asked to choose a plan before another positive win can be recorded. Existing children, entries, challenges, rewards and dashboard history remain saved.
No. Free wins already used remain counted even if an entry or child profile is later deleted. This prevents the starter allowance from being restarted by removing earlier records.
Delete information only when it is genuinely no longer needed. If an entry was created incorrectly, contact support with the parent account email, child name, date and activity so the issue can be checked safely.
Trial accounts show the Free Wins tracker on Add Entry and the parent dashboard. It displays the number used and the number remaining from the shared allowance of 10.
If the tracker is missing, refresh the page, confirm you are signed in as the parent and check that the account does not already have an active paid plan.
