Clear answers when you need them

Sign in as the parent, open Profile and select the Children tab. Complete the “Add a child profile” form, then press Save child.

After saving, the child becomes available in the selectors used on Add Entry, Settings and the parent dashboard. If the child does not appear immediately, refresh the page once.

The Children tab asks for the child’s display name, a child sign-in username, a PIN and a profile colour. The username and PIN are used only for the separate child sign-in.

Choose a username the child can remember but that is not easy for someone else to guess. Do not reuse the parent password as the child PIN.

Open the sign-in page and choose the child sign-in option. Enter the username and PIN saved on the child’s profile; the child does not use the parent email address or password.

If sign-in fails, check spelling, capitalisation and the PIN in Profile → Children. The parent can edit and save those details if necessary.

Sign in as the parent, open Profile, select Children and choose Edit on the relevant child. The saved username is shown in the child profile form.

You can copy it from there or replace it with a new available username. Save changes before trying the new details on the child sign-in page.

Yes. Open Profile → Children, select Edit for the child, update the username or PIN and save the profile.

The old details stop working after the change is saved. Ask the child to close any existing session and sign in again with the updated details.

Deactivate when you want the profile to stop appearing as active while keeping its saved history available for possible restoration. This is usually the safer choice for a temporary change.

Delete is intended as the permanent option. Review the warning carefully before confirming because related access and historical information may not be recoverable through the page.

The number of active child profiles is controlled by the current plan. Open Profile → Plan or Profile → Children to check the allowance and how many active profiles are already in use.

Deactivate an unused profile if appropriate, or move to a plan with a larger child allowance. Deleting a child does not restart the 7-Day Reset.

The four categories are Routine, Responsibility, Character and Learning.

• Routine: everyday habits and consistency.
• Responsibility: ownership, contribution and follow-through.
• Character: respect, resilience and positive choices.
• Learning: effort, curiosity and study habits.

Parents can tailor the activities within each category for each child.

Open Settings, select the correct child at the top of the page and use the Activities tab. Choose the relevant category to review the activities saved for that child.

After adding, renaming, removing or reordering activities, press Save changes. Return to Add Entry and reselect the child if the updated list is not shown immediately.

Each child can have up to six active activities in each category. The limit keeps Add Entry quick and easy to use on both desktop and mobile.

If the category is full, remove or replace an activity before adding another. Challenges linked to an activity should be reviewed before that activity is removed.

First confirm that the correct child and category are selected on Add Entry. Then open Settings and check that the category is active and the activity is saved under that same child and category.

Add Entry shows a maximum of six activities per category. Save any Settings changes, return to Add Entry, reselect the child and refresh once if needed. If the activity is connected to an old or completed challenge, confirm that the activity itself is still active.

Yes. Open Settings, select the child and category, edit the activity name and press Save changes.

Use a short, clear activity name that the parent and child will recognise. Review any active challenge using that activity so its wording still makes sense after the change.

Yes. Activities are managed for the child selected at the top of Settings, so each child can have a list suited to their age, needs and current priorities.

Always check the selected child before making changes. An activity saved for one child does not automatically appear for another.

No. Activity edits are saved with the page’s Save changes button. A new challenge is created separately in the Challenges tab using Create Challenge.

When editing an existing challenge, use the challenge-specific controls shown there. Saving activities does not create, update or remove a challenge.

Open Settings, select the correct child and choose the Challenges tab. The challenge form lets you connect a specific activity to a reward and a target number of wins.

Check the selected child before creating it because challenge progress belongs to that child only.

Choose the category, the exact activity, the reward and the number of wins needed. You can also decide whether available banked wins may be used to help finish the challenge.

Use a target that feels achievable and clearly explain the reward to the child. A focused challenge usually works best when it supports one behaviour at a time.

Complete the challenge form and press Create Challenge. There is no separate page-level Save changes button for a newly created challenge.

After saving, check the active-challenge area for the selected child. If it is not visible, confirm that all required fields were completed and that the child has not reached the active challenge limit.

A challenge progresses only when the matching challenge is deliberately selected in the Active challenge field before the entry is saved. Selecting None records the entry but does not add challenge progress.

Also confirm that the challenge belongs to the selected child, uses the same activity, remains active and has not already been completed or claimed. A miss does not increase positive challenge progress.

This option allows available banked wins to be used as a top-up when the challenge is close to completion. It does not automatically change every new entry or every challenge.

The option must be enabled on that specific challenge. When banked wins are used, the available banked total reduces accordingly.

In Settings → Challenges, use Add your own reward beneath the preset reward choices. Enter a clear reward name and save it before selecting it for a challenge.

Custom rewards should be realistic, age-appropriate and something the parent can provide when earned.

Manage rewards is intended for custom rewards that have already been created. It allows the parent to review or remove their own saved reward choices.

Preset MyWins rewards are not edited in the same way. If a custom reward is in use by an active challenge, review that challenge before removing the reward.

Yes. The target belongs to the challenge and can be set or edited in the Challenges tab. A reward does not have one fixed value across every challenge.

Review existing progress before lowering the target, particularly if the child is already close to completion. Save the challenge change and check that the progress display updates correctly.

On Add Entry, select the child, tap +1 on the correct category and choose the activity. Check the date, select an active matching challenge if the win should count towards it, add an optional comment and save.

Wait for the confirmation before closing the entry window. The win should then appear in recent activity and the relevant totals.

Select the child, tap −1 on the correct category, choose the activity, check the date and save. A short, neutral comment can explain what happened, but it is optional.

A miss helps show patterns and should not add positive progress to a challenge. During the 7-Day Reset, access is based on time rather than the number of Wins or Misses recorded.

Yes. You can select today or a date within the previous seven days. MyWins shows a notice when a backdated date is chosen so you can confirm it before saving.

The entry appears in activity history and dashboard totals according to the saved date, not the day it was entered. Dates outside the allowed window cannot be selected.

No. Comments are optional and limited to 240 characters. Use them when a short detail would make the entry more meaningful, such as the effort shown, the strategy used or what could be tried next.

Avoid including sensitive information. Comments may be visible in the child’s activity view.

When a matching active challenge exists, use the Active challenge field in the entry window and select it before saving. The child, category and activity must match the challenge.

Review the field rather than assuming it was selected automatically. After saving, check the challenge progress to confirm the entry was allocated.

The win or miss still saves as a normal entry, but it is not allocated to a challenge. This is useful when you want to recognise the activity without changing challenge progress.

If None was selected by mistake, do not repeatedly add duplicate entries. Contact support with the entry date, child and activity if the record needs to be checked.

Add Entry uses the activity list saved in Settings for the currently selected child. Check the child, category, category status and active activity list first.

Each category shows no more than six activities. Save changes in Settings, return to Add Entry and reselect the child; refresh the page once if the previous list is still displayed.

Check the selected child and date range first. Recent totals include only entries within the displayed period, while lifetime totals cover the child’s full saved history.

Backdated entries appear under their saved date, and deleted entries no longer contribute to visible totals. Also confirm whether you are comparing wins only or wins and misses together.

Use the child selector near the top of the parent dashboard and choose the required child. The activity, totals, challenges and insights then reload for that profile.

Allow the page a moment to finish loading before comparing figures. If the selection does not change, refresh the dashboard and try again.

Recent wins use the active dashboard date period, such as the last seven days. Lifetime wins include all saved positive wins for the selected child.

A backdated entry can move into or out of the recent period depending on its saved date, while remaining part of the lifetime total.

Active challenges appear in the dashboard challenge area for the selected child. Each challenge shows its target and current progress.

If progress is missing, confirm that the challenge is active and that matching entries were saved with that challenge selected. Completed or claimed challenges may move to a different history or rewards area.

Personalised Insights unlock after entries have been recorded across seven different days. MyWins needs activity over multiple days so it can identify a pattern rather than reacting to one isolated moment.

Continue recording genuine wins and misses across the normal week. Adding many entries on the same date does not replace the need for seven distinct entry days.

Banked wins are saved positive wins that are not already being used as direct progress for a challenge. They provide a separate available total for the selected child.

They can help complete a challenge only when that challenge allows banked-wins top-up. If a top-up is used, the banked total reduces by the amount applied.

Parent Coach is available according to the current plan and access rules. A locked panel does not remove the child’s saved entries, challenge progress or dashboard history.

Open Profile → Plan to review the current subscription. If the account should include Parent Coach but it remains locked, sign out and back in, then contact support with the parent account email and a screenshot.

On the sign-in page, choose the child sign-in option and enter the username and PIN stored on the child’s profile. The child does not need the parent email address or password.

If the details are not accepted, the parent should check or update them in Profile → Children, save the changes and try again.

The child dashboard gives an age-appropriate view of their recorded wins and misses, recent comments, active challenges, progress, banked wins and earned rewards. The exact panels shown depend on the child’s current activity.

It is designed to help the child understand what went well, what they are working towards and what has been earned without exposing parent settings or billing.

No. Activities, category settings, challenge creation and reward setup remain in the signed-in parent area. The child dashboard is primarily a view of progress and available child actions.

The parent should make changes in Settings and then ask the child to refresh or sign in again if the updated information is not shown.

No. Child sign-in is separate from the parent account and does not expose the parent password, plan management, billing portal or personal account controls.

Parents remain responsible for activities, challenges, rewards and account settings. Do not share the parent login with the child.

Once a challenge is fully completed and claimed, top-up and claim controls should no longer remain active. Refresh the child dashboard and confirm the reward has moved to the earned rewards area.

If the action still appears, do not claim repeatedly. Contact support with a screenshot, the parent account email, child name and challenge name; never include the child PIN or parent password.

Claimed rewards appear in the child dashboard’s Earned rewards area, together with the saved claim information available to the product.

If a reward was claimed but is missing, refresh the page and check the correct child profile. Then contact support with the reward and challenge names if it still does not appear.

Open the parent sign-in page and choose the forgotten-password option. Enter the email address used for the parent account, then open the newest reset email and follow its secure link.

• Check spam or junk if the message does not arrive.
• Use only the newest reset email.
• Request a new link if the previous one expired or was already used.

Child PINs are changed separately in Profile → Children while signed in as the parent.

Open Profile and select the Personal tab. Update the first or last name and press the page’s save button.

Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving. If the old name still appears elsewhere, refresh the page or sign out and back in.

The parent email is read-only on the current Profile page because it is also used for authentication and account recovery. It cannot be safely changed by editing the visible field.

Contact support from the existing account email where possible. Include the current email and requested new email, but never send a password or card information.

Open Profile and select the Plan tab. It shows the current plan information, billing cycle, relevant dates and child-profile allowance available to the account.

If the plan appears incorrect after a recent payment or change, refresh the page and sign in again. Contact support with the account email and payment date if it still has not updated.

Open Profile → Plan and use Manage or cancel subscription when the button is available. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where billing details and renewal can be managed.

Cancelling stops future renewal according to the billing terms; it does not automatically delete the parent account, child profiles or saved MyWins history. Keep the Stripe confirmation for your records.

After the 7-Day Reset ends, open Profile → Plan to view the available choices. The public pricing section also links to the secure checkout flow.

Choose the plan based on the number of child profiles required and the billing cycle shown. After checkout, return to MyWins and refresh or sign in again so the account can display the updated access.

No. Cancelling billing and permanently deleting account data are separate actions. Cancellation stops renewal but does not by itself erase the parent account, child profiles, entries, challenges or reward history.

If you want data permanently removed, contact support or use the dedicated deletion option if one is provided in the account area. Review any warning carefully before confirming deletion.

Include the parent account email, the page you were using, the child name if relevant, what you expected, what appeared and the approximate date and time. A screenshot is often the quickest way to show the issue.

Never send a parent password, child PIN, full card number or security code. For billing questions, provide only safe details such as the plan name, payment date and the last four digits if support specifically requests them.
