Built for families
MyWins is designed to encourage progress, responsibility and positive habits at home.
These Terms explain how parents and children may use MyWins At Home, what the service provides, and the responsibilities that apply when using the platform in the United Kingdom.
MyWins is designed to encourage progress, responsibility and positive habits at home.
Parents decide what is tracked, which rewards matter and how the system is used.
The goal is progress, not perfection. MyWins should never be used to shame or pressure children.
MyWins At Home is a family habit, behaviour and rewards platform. It helps parents record wins and missed opportunities, manage rewards, review progress and support children with routines, responsibility, learning and character.
MyWins is a software tool. It is not medical, psychological, safeguarding, parenting, educational, financial or legal advice.
A parent or responsible adult must create and manage the family account. You are responsible for keeping login details safe, choosing appropriate rewards, deciding what to record and ensuring that information entered into MyWins is accurate and appropriate.
Children may access a restricted child dashboard using a username and PIN created by the parent. The child view shows the child's name and the activities, wins, misses, comments, challenges, rewards and progress entered or selected by the parent. It does not show billing, the parent's email or parent-only settings.
Parents are responsible for keeping child login details within the household and for deciding what information is appropriate to enter.
MyWins should be used to encourage progress, responsibility and constructive family routines. It must not be used to shame, bully, humiliate, threaten or place inappropriate emotional pressure on a child.
A new family account may receive starter access that allows the parent to record the first 10 positive wins without entering payment details. Starter access is limited to one allowance per parent account unless MyWins states otherwise.
Paid access is available through monthly or annual subscription plans. The total price, billing period and included child limit are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until renewal is cancelled.
You must not misuse MyWins, attempt to access another family's data, reverse engineer the service, upload harmful code, interfere with security, use the service unlawfully, or enter content that is abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or inappropriate.
We aim to keep MyWins available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Browser, email and calendar reminders are convenience features and should not be relied on for urgent, medical, safeguarding or time-critical purposes. Delivery can be affected by browser permissions, email filtering, calendar settings, connectivity or third-party service availability. We may update, improve, remove or change features where needed for security, performance, legal compliance or product improvement.
The MyWins name, design, interface, copy, icons, code structure and platform materials belong to MyWins At Home or its licensors. You may use the service for your own family account, but you must not copy, resell or reproduce the platform.
MyWins provides tools for families, but parents remain responsible for how the tool is used. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data caused by user error, or decisions made by parents based on dashboard information.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Use of personal information is explained in the MyWins Privacy Policy. Parents should read the Privacy Policy before creating child profiles or entering family information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.
